Certification + Education
In 2018, Valerie earned her certification from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, the only coaching program designed in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine. Her training equipped her with the tools and knowledge to support clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes through a personalized, whole-person approach. The curriculum included core principles of functional medicine, positive psychology coaching, the psychology of eating, nutrition & food plans, and mind-body medicine.
